Q: How long will this vaporizer last? Is there a warranty?
A: Quality is built-in every one of our VS products and we stand behind everything we manufacturer. Standard warranty periods are as follows: 6 months.
VS products are warranted against defective materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. The warranty is only valid for the original consumer purchaser. It does not cover batteries or AC adaptors and is void if the product has been damaged due to misuse, unreasonable use, neglect, or any other cause not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. Q: What type of maintenance is necessary to keep my vaporizer in good working order?
A: Your vaporizer requires very little specific maintenance. There are just a few points to keep in mind.
1). It is important to keep your vaporizer clean. Dust, dirt can adversely affect the vapor quality.
2). Avoid lengthy exposure to extreme heat or cold. To achieve optimum functioning allow your vaporizer to acclimate to a normal room temperature.
3). Handle your vaporizer with care. Although this is a durable product, rough treatment may permanently damage the internal sensor.
Q: The vaporizer I purchased is defective. What do I do?
A: It is important to make sure that the vaporizer is in fact defective.
Read the instructions carefully and try the troubleshooting guide before returning vaporizer to us. VS products are covered under warranty and this warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship ONLY. It does not cover batteries and AC adapters. It does not cover products damaged due to misuse, neglect, accident or any other cause not arising out of defects in workmanship or material.
Q: How does an electronic vaporizer work?
A: Most VS brand electronic vaporizer pen use something called 5 click start technology. This means that they use a load cell or transducer beam, designed to prevent misuse.

1. Heating: Five clicks to start heating and red light on. When reach the set temperature, light of button changes to green. When heating, 5 times quick-press to stop with light-off.
2. Setting temperature:
When heating, press button for 1sec, indicator light switch in red (360F) ,green(380F) and blue(420F).
3. Low voltage alarm: Red flashes 5 times and then power-off
4. Charging: Red light on when 5V, 1A charging input, green indicates complete.

1. Power on/off (5 clicks）
Press button for 3sec, LCD light-on and starts heating. Automatically turn-off when not heating in 1min
2. Set temperature (200-428℉): Press △ to increase the temperature and ▽ to decrease
3. ℉/℃ switch: Press switch key and △ to enter ℉ mode and switch key and ▽ to ℃ mode
